As you are going to read about the uttermost-bizzare phenomenon ever discovered in this universe or the multiverse { if it exists ;) }.

Let’s embus into this journey by imagining a system consisting of two quirky electrons. According to quantum physics, every particle has an inherent property of spin ( in simplest words they have inherent angular momenta) which inside the quantum realm states that no matter how far apart the particles are in space their states are linked with each other. As in Schrodinger’s notorious thought experiment-Schrodinger’s cat, we were unable to determine whether the cat was alive or dead when it was inside a box. Just the same here, if we define it intuitively, if these electrons irrespective of their positions we are able to observe one electron’s state we could easily determine his partner’s too. This behavioural state of the two particles is the situation of “Quantum Entanglement” and

wolah! we have successfully reached the “spookiest” part. Now, I am aware of the fact that many contemplative minds would be wondering- HOW ONE PARTICLE KNOWS WHETHER ITS ENTANGLED BROTHER IS BEING MEASURED OR NOT EVEN ACROSS UNIVERSES??? The arousal of this “spookiness” comes from the fact that nothing else comes more instantaneous than c, the speed of light in vacuum. Yet we all can separate these two entangled particles by kilometers, astronomical units or light years, and measuring one determines the state of the other instantaneously. It doesn’t matter whether the entangled particles move at the speed of light or not, whether they are mass less or not, whether they’re energetic or not, and whether we have shield them from sending out photons to one another or not. Well, this is clearly not a grandma and your thoughtful gas of mind’s story it is something complicated, thought-provoking and oblivious theory. To understand something like this we need to deep in or dive in as Einstein did -

“As far as the laws of mathematics refer to reality, they are not certain; and as far as they are certain, they do not refer to reality.”

Till then keep thinking…
